You know you're a mommy...

As a mommy there are times that things happen and it hits you like a brick between the eyes - "I am soooooo a mommy!!! haha" and you end up getting a good laugh over it. So I have come up with "You know you're a mommy..." its kind of like "You might be a redneck..."

(all of this has actually happened to me)

You know you're a mommy when your standing in a tanning bed - naked - and feel something hit your leg and look down and realize your leaking milk!

You know you're a mommy when you've ever heard the words "Don't suck on the puppy's toes!!" come out of your mouth!

You know you're a mommy when you find yourself humming a tune and realize it's the song from your baby's exersaucer!

You know you're a mommy when you start to read "Mr. Brown can moo...can you?" for the billionth time to your child but in the middle you have to get up to cook dinner and without skipping a beat finish the story word for word from memory!

You know you're a mommy when Diet Coke is also referred to as the "hard stuff"!!

You know you're a mommy when something inappropriate comes on TV and you score an Olympic gold in the sprint and hurdles trying to get to the remote control to change the channel!

You know you're a mommy when your baby falls asleep in your arms and instead of taking her to her crib you just lay down on the couch and soak up a warm, cuddly, nap with your most favorite person in the world.

You know you're a mommy when the sweetest sound to your ears is your baby's laugh!

You know you're a mommy when you fold and stack clean clothes on the bed, then walk out of the room and when you return your once neat stacks are now flung all over by a little someone!!

You know you're a mommy when your kid has a better wardrobe than you!!
