Typing with a baby on my shoulder.

Well, today Paisley went in for her 2 month check and.....shots. :( It's all fun and games until somebody gets hurt...is my motto. As we were standing in the exam room at her pediatricians office I try to explain the Paisley that this was going to hurt a little. Being only 2 months old she understood the best she could. :) The nurse came in with gloves and needles, and said "Mom, this is going to hurt you more than it hurts her." You know what, folks? It sure did. It broke my heart. Paisley was crying - I was crying. We were a mess. There is just something about seeing your baby in pain that will tear you up inside.

Now we have have a very fussy baby and a very tired mama. The Tylenol has been given, but still the best medicine is "Mama". So here I sit - Typing with a baby on my shoulder. :)

Here are some stats:

She now weighs 12lbs. 3oz.
23 inches long.
Healthy as a horse.

Sorry about such a short update...I don't have all the free time I use to!! :)
